"Different diagnosis from both"

About: Patford House Partnership

(as the patient),

Unable to obtain a face to face GP appointment, I sought advice from a pharmacist, who diagnosed my issue as an allergic reaction, and bought the medication they advised for my condition.

I had submitted photos of my condition to my GP practice through patches, who, a few hours later contacted me via a phone call.

The Clinician I spoke to, diagnosed the condition as something completely different, based on photographs, and prescribed a completely different medicine.

So who was correct?
