(as a service user),

I had an absolutely fantastic experience before, during and after a recent admission for surgery at the QEUH, Glasgow. 

The staff were kind, caring, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. 

The facilities at the hospital were second to none. The service was efficient from Pre Op through to discharge despite the constraints that the NHS is working under. 

Most importantly though were the staff, who made a very stressful situation so much better.

I am delighted to hear that your experience before, during, and after your recent admission at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital was so positive. It means a great deal to know that our staff were able to provide care that was kind, compassionate, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time.

Your comments about the efficiency of the service and the quality of the facilities are greatly appreciated, especially given the challenges the NHS faces. Most importantly, I am proud that our team made such a difference to your experience.
