(as a service user),

I had been struggling for some time with my mental health and hit the point of crisis before I felt able to seek help. I wish I had accessed help from Ellie so much sooner. Her genuine kindness and support has genuinely saved my life. I felt loved and listened to by her at a time when this seemed impossible. I will forever be grateful of the help and advice and feel so much more prepared to protect my emotional wellbeing when things get tough in the future. I would advise anyone who is struggling with their wellbeing to seek this face to face help as it has transformed me.

Thank you so much for taking time to provide feedback on the service you have received, and particularly about how helpful and impactful you found Ellie.

I am so sorry that you hit a crisis point before feeling able to get help -the first step is often the most difficult one to get over.

It sounds like you feel you have the right tools to face any challenges in the future, remember Ellie also still there for support if needed in the future again.

I will make sure that Ellie also receives your feedback.
