"Patient care and understanding"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Very disappointed with the staff member I saw in orthopaedics at Inverclyde. Asking why was I there and I felt the attitude was terrible, didn’t ask about my health at all, was shocked. More or less told me I shouldn’t be there without explaining or asking my symptoms.

Walked out the hospital and was upset all day due to their lack of empathy
