"Heartfelt thanks to the receptionist"

About: The Deepings Practice

(as the patient),

I had a letter from the hospital requesting a prescription for medication in support of my treatment.  I asked at the Deepings Practice reception if they had a copy of the letter.  Rhian, the receptionist,  checked for me and confirmed they had but it was waiting processing.  When I explained the need for the medication and the timescale involved Rhian took it upon herself to progress the prescription request through the necessary stages with the result I now have the medication and am taking it in preparation for my hospital appointment in 3 days time. I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Rhian, the admin and pharmacy staff along with the doctor for ensuring I was able to get the prescribed medication.
