(as the patient),

I got the best treatment by the nurses they were so nice and understanding. I started freaking out a little and they calmed me down even making me laugh and they handled it amazingly.

I know it's scary and upsetting when we have to see the dentist even more so when we have to get teeth removed. I am so glad that the nurses were with you and even made you laugh, it is always reassuring to have support and kindness shown to us when we are a little bit scared or unsure of what's happening. Staff will be delighted to read your story and thank you for sharing this with us.
