"Fantastic staff"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently visited Crosshouse A&E with my little boy who had suffered some burns. The doctors and nurses were fantastic. They were understanding, supportive and patient with my little one when caring for him. We had a few more visits to review his injuries over following week and each time we were met with care and compassion from all the staff at A&E, my little boy is healing well and back to normal life, which may not have been the case without this excellent level of care he received.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your positive feedback following your little boy's recent visits to our Emergency Department. I hope he is feeling a bit better.

This is a great example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide. It was a pleasure to share your comments with the staff involved. Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your son's care experience.
