"Makes me feel at ease and comfortable"

About: Crieff Community Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as the patient),

I am always nervous and apprehensive about getting my bloods taken and often feel nausea and faint! After having a few visits over a period of time, 1 particular nurse called Wendi has done my bloods a lot and she is always caring, compassionate and patient with me. She makes me feel at ease and comfortable to ensure that the procedure is done with care.

The service is a fantastic resource in our community and the team work hard to look after their patients. Many thanks 🤩

Dear Allycat,

Please accept my thanks for taking the time to post feedback for our service. I am so pleased to hear you had such a positive experience and Wendi was able to support you successfully at such a stressful time for you. Hearing patient feedback is invaluable to staff and helps them see the great work they do when delivering patient care.

I will ensure your story is shared with Wendi and the wider team and will also include the senior managers for the service.

Kind regards,

Sharon Sime

Senior Charge Nurse
