"Support with family struggles"

We received truly amazing support from Michelle at the Southampton branch of PSL. When our family was struggling with addiction and all the issues connected, it was a relief to know there was a listening ear and somewhere sane to talk things through.  Michelle was an attentive listener giving gentle guidance but also asking just the right questions and offering invaluable feedback along the way. Meetings weren't always easy as conversations between family members got very honest at times but with guidance and the commitment to persevere a way through was eventually found.  A heartfelt thank you Michelle. 

PSL is an invaluable service when the going gets tough. I can't recommend enough!
