"Daughters journey through speech and language"

Today I had a follow up call from SALT regarding my daughter who has had several blocks of treatment over the last few years. My daughter has been under Esther who I feel has gone above and beyond to help my daughter. This includes writing a "passport" for changing schools to make communication easier for the teaching staff. It was such a personalized plan which gave clear examples of how to improve processing. This really was beneficial in a time that was already filled with some anxiety and uncertainty.  The follow up call today to see how well my daughter had settled and if there was anything else the service could help with just showed how caring and compassionate Esther is. She really is a credit to the service.
