"The professionalism and standard of care was absolutely excellent"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Under the care of Fife's Maxillofacial  surgeons at Queen Margaret's Day Surgery Unit I had a left BCC incision which on inspection developed into a right BCC incision as well, no need for a return visit.

From the friendly meet and  greet on arrival through every stage of the procedure I can only say the professionalism and standard of care was absolutely excellent, and at all times thoroughly informative and reassuring.

You're in good hands at the Unit.

Dear Graeme172,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your kind feedback regarding your recent admission with us.

I am so pleased to hear that your experience was such a positive one and that you found the staff involved in your care throughout your time with us to be professional, informative and reassuring.

These are certainly things which we strive to achieve in our unit. We want to make the patient experience as positive as it can be for everyone, during what can be a stressful and anxious time.

We hope your recovering well,

Best wishes,

Nicolle & the Day Surgery Team
