About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Young People (T3)

(as a service user),

I was referred by police for my substance abuse. I've been working with Sandra to come off the substances I was taking and am on a reduction plan to come off the last two. Sandra has helped me a lot, it wasn't easy but it was a lot easier with the support I've received

I am Liz the T3 manager, thank you for taking the time to send feedback of your experience of working with Sandra which I will share with her and the team.

It is lovely to hear that you are progressing so well on your reduction plan, it takes motivation and courage to engage in the support being offered. You should feel very proud of all your achievements and the amazing progress you have made over the last few months.

I am pleased you feel the support from Sandra has been beneficial to you.
