"Unable to get through or receive an update"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Gynaecology University Hospital Monklands / Infertility Service

(as the patient),

I seen an endometriosis specialist in March this year. I was advised that I needed a scan to check a cyst which I would receive my appointment for within 3 months later. Having the cyst checked meant I could be referred to have my 2nd laparoscopy. 

I have emailed in July looking for an update, and have since been trying to call the department. However, I haven’t been able to get through or receive an update.
