About: Widcombe Surgery

(as the patient),

I have been a patient at Widcombe Surgery in Bath for many years,  under the amazing care of my GP. 

Over the years, I have found that the front office administration has declined significantly. 

First it was an inability to speak to the reception staff and replaced with an online form. 

Then came a very complicated online triage and zero opportunity to speak  to any of the team . 

In my experience, the front office house team has devolved into a pedantic , complicated online systems and zero flexibility in patient care.  

Although I love my GP dearly,  I will be leaving this surgery as under no circumstances should my primary care feel combative and that my existence is a blight and burden to their operation and every request  a woe some burden.
