I had to get blood test done . I felt nervous and anxious . Dina welcomed me , took my bloods calmly , courteously, professionally.
Her hand hygiene was excellent. 10/10 .
Reception staff polite and efficient . Health centre Very clean

Many thanks, I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to provide feedback on your recent visit to the treatment rooms. I am so pleased you had such a positive experience with Dina, it's lovely for her to get recognition for all the hard work and compassion that she has.
