"Thumb operation"

When having my operation I was looked after on the Hollybank ward at Cannock Hospital where I was welcomed by staff and made to feel very comfortable. 

After waiting till end of the day for surgery and a long day doing nothing the staff keep an eye on me throughout the day, checking my blood sugars and blood pressure. After surgery was completed, the staff on discharge was second to none, all the staff were absolutely brilliant.
