Pre-op assessment completed by Louise. Louise was very professional but also showed empathy and put me at ease. Louise is a superb nurse and such an asset to the northern trust. Louise was happy to answer my many questions! I feel like I was well informed about information regarding my future operation.

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of pre op assessment

Thank you so much for taking the time to give such positive feedback. The staff all work very hard to ensure that each patients experience is personal to them and I am extremely proud of all of them. We understand that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and we try to allay any fears or worries that they may have.

I will pass on your kind compliments to Louise, she will be delighted.

I wish you well with your pending surgery and a speedy recovery.
