"Long wait for diagnosis"

Child on North Lanarkshire Neurodevelopmental pathway awaiting diagnosis. Unfortunately the mainstream school they are in is struggling to deal with behaviours more. Child needs more 1/1 and school only have limited support stay. School and SW In agreement child needs a place in an additional needs school however they said until diagnosis that wouldn't even be considered. Child only been on waiting list since 2023 and waiting list years. Child so disruptive and puts them and others in danger with there behaviours. No help except await diagnosis for possible medication and not able to learn as is mostly send out of classroom for disruptive behaviours.
