6 monthly regular HIV check-up-blood taken, prescription collected, Hep B and gonorrhoea vaccines given. General catchup chat with clinician. Excellent care from the nurse, as usual

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
