"Very personable, friendly and professional"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans) Emergency Medicine / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I recently had a fall and unfortunately sustained a wrist fracture. I attended the Emergency department at ARI. Although the department was very busy and ambulances were backed up outside I would like to commend the 3 staff who looked after me in the minor injuries area. They were all very personable, friendly and professional. Their names were - Aimee, Healthcare Support Worker; Jill,  Nurse; and PJ the Doctor from Orthopaedics. The radiographers were also lovely. Thanks again for all your care.

Dear cassiopeiakr53

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I was sorry to hear about your fall and wrist fracture, but very glad that our Minor Injury team and radiographers were able to make your visit as positive as possible during such a busy time.

Your kind words about the staff being personable mean a great deal and will be shared with the teams.

Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery, and thank you again for your thoughful feedback, it is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Jill
