I had an implant removal. Lovely experience from start to finish. Nikki was delightful and took excellent care of me, as did her assistant whose name I can’t remember

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
