"Outpatient gynaecology appointment"

I was met by Hannah, she was outstanding from the beginning. She was respectful and caring without being patronising. She explained the procedure at every stage and checked I was comfortable and happy to continue. Emma and Clare were also supporting. I was immensely impressed by how they all struck a perfect balance between caring and professionalism. I felt heard and respected throughout. 

These three wonderful individuals made what could have been an ordeal a comfortable and positive experience.
