I have been having pain in my hips, knee and thighs - greater trochanteric pain syndrome. It was thought physiotherapy would help. Rob, a physiotherapist at Tayside Arbroath Infirmary, phoned me. He asked me questions about my general health that no one else had - fatigue, appetite, weight loss, pain elsewhere. As a result he said he wanted to see me immediately and squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day. What a friendly, caring, listening professional he is. I am a lip reader and he made a point of always being in my line of vision and speaking with clarity. As a result of his examination and further questions, he requested blood tests from my GP. I have made that appointment. I am immensely grateful and can’t speak too highly of him. Thank you, Rob, and Arbroath Infirmary Physiotherapy Department.
