"Reassuring and professional care"

I was very nervous about attending my dermatology appointment to have a lesion removed from my lip; I have a fear of needles.  I cannot thank Dr Tilston enough for his kind, empathetic, and reassuring manner. He explained each step of the procedure clearly and made sure I understood the aftercare I’d need to follow.

He was supported in clinic by a lovely nurse named Veronica, who was equally understanding and compassionate. She took the time to reassure me and helped ease my anxiety throughout.

Thanks to their calm and professional approach, I can honestly say I hardly felt a thing. They are both a credit to the NHS, and I’m very grateful for the care I received.
