"The staff at ED were fantastic."

My partner had an injury to his eye. The staff at ED were fantastic. A manager who came out to keep the waiting room informed about waiting times and flow made such a difference by keeping people informed and being transparent about the situation staff were managing. Our nurse Wendy was knowledgable, calm confident and super friendly and resolved the issue for us quickly. Staff are navigating a very difficult situation professionally and with care. It reassured us both. Thank you.
