After a long time we finally got the appointment for my son for autism diagnosis, I have to say that throughout the whole assessment we’ve been treated with care and support, I felt heard and understood by Ashley Neurodevelopmental Practitioner that was very professional and explained the process and listened with patience, everything that I needed to say, he was amazing in talking to my son about the result of his diagnosis in a very comprehensive way, he left no doubts , answered all the questions that we had and gave us instructions of what to do next to help our son. I am very grateful for the way we’ve been treated , for the care and the service provided. Thank you for being this caring and friendly professional to us in such important time of our life!
