"Incredible kindness and support"

My Grandma was recently a patient within AU1 and she was so well looked after and cared for. In particular by Kirsten and Gemma. They are a true credit to the profession and they not only provided our relative with exceptional care and attention but they went above and beyond to support and provide comfort to my family, during a difficult and challenging time. They demonstrated kindness and compassion and even on a busy evening/day on the ward,  nothing was too much trouble and we are forever grateful. 

Also want to mention the exceptional care my Grandma received when she moved on to ward 42. Every time we visited her she always commented on how amazing the staff were and she truly loved them all. This was evident each time we visited, they were always chatting with her and listening to all of her stories or curling her hair, helping her apply her lipstick and allowing her to feel more like her old self. They really went that extra mile and they seen the individual behind the illness and empowered my Grandma in many ways. We are all very grateful for the excellent care and attention you showed her during her wee stay on the ward and want to thank you all sincerely.
