I have so much help and advice from various teams and am really grateful, I would not be here if it were not for their superb care.  Breast cancer, mobility issues and then a hip replacement:

Your words mean a great deal to every member of staff involved in your care. Each team works hard to provide safe, compassionate treatment, and knowing that you felt supported and cared for is deeply appreciated.
