I was in for a Cardiac Catheterisation but had some issues getting my cannula in and was a quite nervous.
Kara and Marcella put me at ease and gave me great reassuring care. I was kept informed by Dr Vicere during my procedure and kept relax and as pain free as possible.
I felt noticed and that I mattered during my stay. They were a fantastic team.
