"I feel like I have new feet"

About: Fife Community Services / Podiatry

(as a service user),

I have had sore feet with hard skin for 30 years, trying to fix them myself, with no luck, I was in pain, some days I could hardly walk and I couldn’t find anything comfortable shoes, sandals to wear anyway.

I made an appointment at Cowdenbeath Podiatry and a lovely podiatrist called Arlene told me I had forefoot equinus, you have no idea how she has helped me, she took off the hard skin and corns, she puts padding on my feet, I go to her every four weeks.

Oh boy, I feel like I have new feet. This lady knows her job. 10/10 Excellent. Keep up the good work Arlene

Thank you so much Inagonyfeet for sharing your experience — what a powerful story!

It’s incredible to hear how much relief and improvement you’ve felt after years of discomfort. Arlene’s care, expertise, and dedication clearly made a huge difference, and your words are a testament to the impact compassionate podiatry can have. Feeling like you have “new feet” after decades of pain is no small thing — I am delighted you’ve found the support you needed.

l will be sure to pass your kind feedback on to Arlene and the team at Cowdenbeath Podiatry. Comments like yours remind us why this work matters. Thank you again for taking the time to share — and here’s to many more comfortable steps ahead! 👣

Kind Regards

Moira
