"Excellent Care"

Hi, I arrived in Fort William having travelled from the South West of England. The next day I was going to start walking the East Highland Way. On arrival, I discovered that I had forgotten some medication.

I attended the A & E Department and within twenty minutes had a prescription for the medication. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the names of the receptionist and the nurse who helped me, but I cannot speak too highly of their friendly, efficient and reassuring response to my request.

The next day I went to the local Pharmacy to collect the prescription and set off on my walk which I successfully completed.

I would be most grateful if you would pass on my thanks to the two members of staff who assisted me. They are a credit to the NHS.
