(as the patient),

I had Sharon & Jen for my 2nd toenail removal .. they both made me feel at ease during the whole procedure , both so so friendly , very funny and made me laugh through the nerves all whilst remaining professional and gave great follow up advice and explanations for everything they were doing and what I should do to help with healing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such great feedback, its great to hear than Sharon and Jen made you feel at ease and were able to provide some humour to make you laugh which always makes any procedure much more enjoyable.

Im glad they provide explanations for everything they did and the important follow up advice. Once again thank you for the feedback.
