"I was so impressed by how fast I was seen"

I have had ongoing problems with an infected toenail.  My GP advised me to email the local podiatry referral link.  I didn't expect much.  I was contacted the day of my email with a time the next day for a phone consultation, and was phoned bang on time by a kind and professional podiatrist.  He made an appointment for me at my location of choice which was only a few days later  I was seen by a really professional and friendly podiatrist who explained all my options and dealt with the issue there and then.  Honestly in what is often a very stretched health service where people complain about services, I was so impressed by how fast I was seen and treated by the right people
