(as a parent/guardian),

Hi I am a step mum / carer I’m annoyed in way yes I get my step daughter is 16 & doesn’t need adult with her going in with her & my step daughter did good but it would have been good if the nurse thought before making another appointment, she didn’t just come pop see me or got me from waiting room to make appointment.

I’m the only one who brings her to these appointments and she has to go to school & I have go work 6-8 Monday-Friday so Saturday is better really so before making anymore appointments I would like be asked if day time be suitable for my step daughter & me because of her having injection need have it within 3 months.

Hi casingwd95

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback for us. I am Suzie, one of the nurse team leaders at Openclinic. Sorry that you were disappointed on this occasion that we failed to consult you regarding your step daughter's travel arrangements to clinic. I would advise you just make it clear next time that you are bringing your step daughter, and we can make the appointment at a time to suit. We may have assumed that you were flexible about timings if your step daughter did not raise this at the time. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this further. My email address is suzanne.sellberg@mpft.nhs.uk.
