"Admitted for day surgery"

I was admitted for day surgery to ward F9, greeted by lovely staff. However, I found one member of staff very hard and uncaring.

I had become very dizzy and low pressure after the op and they were so hard with me still being in hospital. The other members of staff seemed shocked when they told my husband to get a wheelchair to wheel me out as they had discharged me - funnily enough did not give me a form to fill for my opinion of the service .

It had made me very upset while being so poorly. I think they could learn a few things from their colleagues about care. Very disappointed.
