About: Pilgrim Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I visited the unit recently for a Colonoscopy.. To say I was nervous was an understatement.  From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I was treated with complete professionalism and dignity.  Each and every staff member from the receptionist upwards were kind and informative.  Thank you for your care  (although I wouldn't want to come back anytime soon..if you get my drift..).
