The Care Experience Feedback team at GRI A&E says that they are communicating with estates + external vendor, plus patient experience team involved, for a solution regarding the vending machines not working.
3 out of the 4 machines are still not working, so the communication is obviously not working. The patient experience team might benefit from undertaking a daily audit of broken machines so that the vendor can be held to account.
