I unfortunately had to use phone first service today.
I wanted to say from the initial phone call to attending reception in A/E ,minor injuries dept and X-ray dept in Daisy Hill Hospital I was met with professional and pleasant staff .Who made me feel valued and at ease ,despite the very busy and stressful environment they were working in.Practice Nurse Jessica in minor injuries was excellent in reassuring me by explaining clearly my injury and giving me clear aftercare advice .The service was excellent .
