I am very angry. I live with Multiple Sclerosis (have done for the last 20 years). I received a letter from my consultant, whom I have been with for a very long time explaining that I would be receiving a telephone consultation.
I was ready, prepared and had a list of questions to ask and topics I wanted advice on. The call never took place and this is the second time this has happened. I live and manage my illness but I am, as they say, housebound.
I am receiving no care at all from the NHS, I have not seen my specialist nurses for weeks, possibly months, now and no one answers the phone when I try to call them. I have trigeminal neurology also and this is very painful but no one is helping me with that either.
