"The care from all staff was outstanding"

I attended the Day Surgery ward for a hysteroscopy.  This procedure was carried out by Dr Heraghty under the guidance of Dr Jain.  

I met the anaesthetist, Dr Jain and Dr Heraghty before being taken to the theatre. 

The care from all staff, both medical and nursing, in the Day Surgery ward was outstanding. 

After the procedure there was the anxious wait for results and then a follow up appointment with my consultant, Dr Kellison.  I don’t think I have ever met such a kind, compassionate and thoroughly decent person.  She made time for me, answered many questions and went out of her way to provide support. I required a hysterectomy.  I also had a couple of conversations with her secretary Christine.  She was also very kind to me.

I would like to thank everyone - medical and nursing team but also Christine, Dr Kellison’s secretary, for their kindness over the last few months.  This is truly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
