What I liked
how my friend's case was handled, very swiftly and the people she saw were very informative for her. i am grateful for their speedy diagnosis as i'm sure she was.
What could be improved
the heating wasn't working, for the month of october i was appalled at how freezing it was in the waiting room - really could've been switched off at some other time not when patients were coming in.
