The treatment from beginning to end was outstanding. The care, time and attention that was afforded to me was amazing. Every staff member make me feel secure and in good hands throughout the process. People like to say the NHS is broken and destroyed and that the point of care is poor. This is far from reality in most things, in my experience. We are so lucky we have this service and these altruistic staff members.
