"The whole team were fantastic"

I recently brought my father-in-law to his appointment at the renal unit, it was for follow up bloods following his recent hospital admission . We not only received outstanding care from the renal nurse, Karen, and consultant Dr Price, he was seen by an entire team from fistula nurse to pharmacist to dietician . This saved us further hospital trips and had we had a chance to discuss his plan for future dialysis . The whole team were fantastic and we came away from the appointment fully informed and had all our questions answered . What a great experience when there is so much negativity around the NHS just now .
