"Staff member wouldn't let me out"

Having an MRI in Daisy Hill Hospital in the prefab. Went in and everything was explained as i had never had an mri before, was given a button to press if i needed to stop or wanted out.

Near the end i pressed the button as i had became very uncomfortable and sore. I was told there’s only a couple more minutes, i said no, please get me out, but i was ignored, i was left in the machine crying my eyes out and in pain because the staff member doing it wouldn’t let me out.

When the scan was over a different staff member came and asked if i was ok, they were completely unaware that they had refused to let me out, they couldn’t stop apologising and saying that it shouldn’t have happened. All the first staff member could say was there was only a couple minutes left...but that wasn’t the point, the point was i wanted out, i was in pain!
