"Overall this was a positive experience"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Outpatient Department

(as a service user),

Outpatients blood for my baby

Christine, Cara & Jane were very friendly and helpful. Bloods were obtained first attempt. Jane helped distract my child and brought toys.

Was a Saturday appointment I was seen to very sharp. Overall this was a positive experience.

Hello Columbagk69

Ad the Senior Charge Nurse I firstly want to thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m delighted to hear that your experience in Outpatients was such a positive one.

Christine, Cara, and Jane will be thrilled to know their friendly and helpful approach made a difference, and that Jane’s efforts to distract your little one with toys helped make things easier. It’s great to hear the bloods were taken on the first attempt and that you were seen promptly, especially on a Saturday.

We really appreciate your kind words, they mean a lot to the team. If there’s anything else we can do to support you and your baby in the future, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Warm regards,

Mhairi Stirrat

Senior Charge Nurse
