I was recently taken to Worcester royal hospital with pain in my stomach. This was the third trip to the hospital is as many weeks. I arrived in an ambulance and was sent directly home to be treated by the hospital at home.
The nurse arrived at my home within 30 minutes of being dropped off. She was kind, listened to me and knew exactly what to do. She spent a lot of time with me and because she listened to what I had to say, resolved my problem straight away.
Within a couple of days I was almost back to normal and feeling well. If only they had taken over my care the first time I had been to hospital. Thank you.
