(as the patient),

I went into Craigavon Area Hospital on a Tuesday for my operation the following day.

From the very start I was made feel welcome and at ease. The day of my operation all the staff were very professional and even though I was quite anxious the nurses, doctors and everyone involved filled me with confidence in their abilities. My consultant Mr Patton made feel relaxed and comfortable with professionalism. I am home now and hopefully will make a quick recovery. I can't praise the entire staff enough especially the nursing staff who were all amazing. The physios really helped me get back onto my feet and encouraged me to be active. 

I just want to finish by offering my sincere thanks from myself and my family to Everyone in the hospital. You guys do fantastic work. Thank you.
