"Flu vaccine clinic"

I, along with a group of other patients, attended St Mildred's Church Hall this afternoon for my flu jab. The hall was locked. There was no notice  on the door. I had arranged my day to make the appointment on time. Another woman had been brought by her sister, as she no longer drives. This entailed a thirty mile round trip. 

I checked my app. No message to cancel!

Pretty poor service!
