"A very positive experience"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I was pleasantly surprised and relieved by the warm welcome I received, and the care and attention from the nurse that I saw. She really listened to me and took time to understand my anxieties. I felt comfortable and relaxed. And left feeling 100 times better than when I went in. What a kind and professional service. I  feel like I wish visiting a GP could be like this.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Our patient focused approach, making sure patients are listened to, relaxed and well informed, is very important to us and we are delighted to hear that you had such a positive impression of the care you received from us. And thank you for noting the warm welcome you received as everyone, from our fantastic reception team to the admin staff, push ourselves to look after the patients that attend our clinic as best we can.
