"The service was great"

About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as a service user),

The service was great, the phlebotomist who took my blood was fantastic but the doors entering the buliding don't open fully and this is an issue for access and wheelchair users.

Good morning mineralej99,

I really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of attending treatment rooms in East Kilbride. I am pleased to hear that you had a positive experience and found the service and the phlebotomist to be excellent. I will share this with the phlebotomy team who I know will delighted to hear their hard work is appreciated.

I will pass on your comments about the doors when entering and leaving the building to the building administrator.

Best wishes,

Lynn

Good morning mineralej99,

I have spoken with the building administrator and the internal doors are set to winter mode, the door opens half way but are still wide enough to get wheelchairs in and out the health centre. The aim of this is to prevent the winds from coming through the door in to the atrium.

Best wishes,

Lynn
